Speaking & Media

Speaking & Media

No hype. No bro-science. Psychological depth for stage, workshop and podcast.

I speak about men who function — but don't stand inside. About self-discipline without self-hatred. About modern masculinity without the mask. About relationships you don't have to perform in. And about leadership that begins where self-deception ends.

What this is about

Not motivation. Honest movement.

Many talks sound good but change nothing. This page is for organizers, hosts and companies who aren't looking for a loud self-optimization show, but for a psychologically grounded impulse that sticks.

My topics move between self-leadership, emotional clarity, modern masculinity, discipline, relationship patterns and inner stability.

Three formats

Keynotes

45–75 minutes. For events, companies, universities, conferences and communities. Clear, deep, pointed — with story, framework and a sharp thesis.

Workshops

90 minutes to full-day. Interactive, practical and psychologically grounded. For groups, teams, retreats and leadership offsites.

Podcast & Media

For podcasts, panels, YouTube collabs and interviews. No ad slots — real conversations about men, self-leadership and inner development.

Stage

5 keynotes I offer

Each keynote combines psychological depth with clear language. No motivational show. No worn-out phrases. Topics that hit people inside and move them forward in practice.

  1. 01

You're not shy. Your system is protecting you.

What we often dismiss as weakness — restraint, avoidance, hesitation or insecurity — is often an intelligent protective mechanism that once made sense. This keynote turns shame into understanding and understanding into agency.

    Suitable for:

Men's events, universities, mental-health formats, coaching communities, companies, young professionals.

How this topic sounds from me:

  2. 02

The facade holds. The man behind it doesn't.

On men and high performers who deliver on the outside, function and look strong — but run empty inside. Why more performance doesn't fill the inner hole but often deepens it. And how real inner ground can grow again where functioning has taken over.

    Suitable for:

Companies, leadership offsites, mental-health programs, men's events, universities, HR formats.

How this topic sounds from me:

  3. 03

The yes that eats you alive.

People-pleasing isn't kindness. It's often a survival pattern. This keynote shows why adapting protects in the short term but destroys identity, clarity and self-respect over time. Especially relevant for teams, relationships and ambitious people who avoid conflict.

    Suitable for:

Companies, teams, leadership formats, men's groups, coaching events, retreats.

How this topic sounds from me:

  4. 04

Self-worth that doesn't come from outside.

As long as self-worth is tied to success, praise, status, dating wins or recognition, every victory is just a rented lease. This keynote shows the path from external validation to inner ground — psychologically grounded, honest, without spiritual clichés.

    Suitable for:

Conferences, men's events, universities, personal development formats, podcasts, companies.

How this topic sounds from me:

  5. 05

    No alpha, no victim.

What masculinity can be today — beyond red-pill dogma, victimhood, conformity and the optimization craze. A keynote on strength, vulnerability, boundaries, responsibility and emotional maturity.

    Suitable for:

Men's events, festivals, retreats, podcasts, media formats, psychological conferences.

How this topic sounds from me:

On request also available: „Growing up doesn't happen on its own." — A keynote on maturity, responsibility and the inner signs of becoming an adult.

Workshops

3 workshops for real integration

Workshops aren't talks with a few questions at the end. They're interactive, practical and built for transfer. Participants don't just understand something — they see themselves more clearly and leave with concrete next steps.

01

Reading your inner system

Format: Half-day or full-day

Participants map their own avoidance, protection and adaptation patterns. They recognize why they sidestep, want to please, over-deliver or shut down emotionally in certain situations.

Outcome:

Every participant leaves with a personal pattern map and concrete options for action.

Suitable for:

Men's groups, retreats, leadership offsites, universities, coaching communities.

02

Saying no without losing yourself

Format: 90 minutes to half-day

A practical workshop on boundaries, conflict capacity and clear communication. Not just cognitive but also somatic and emotional. With reflection, role-play and concrete phrasings.

Outcome:

Participants learn to set boundaries without tipping into hardness, justification or guilt.

Suitable for:

Teams, companies, leaders, men's groups, relationship contexts, coaching events.

03

Self-discipline 2.0 — steer motivation instead of forcing it

Format: 2 hours, half-day or full-day

Based on my book „Selbstdisziplin 2.0". This workshop shows why discipline doesn't grow from self-hatred, pressure or motivation, but from identity, structure, emotional clarity and a system that holds on bad days too.

Outcome:

Participants develop a personal discipline system with concrete routines, triggers, fallback strategies and a clear why.

Suitable for:

Companies, young professionals, founders, universities, men's groups, productivity events.
