Daniel Hanke — Psychological Counselor

You function.But you don't stand.

Psychologically grounded 1:1 coaching for men between 22 and 38 who deliver on the outside — and don't arrive on the inside.

Maybe you recognize yourself

You do everything right. And something is still missing.

You're looking for validation — and don't notice it.

When success comes, you feel good for a moment. When it doesn't, you collapse inside. And you compensate with more performance.

You say yes when you mean no.

You adapt, avoid conflict, make compromises that leave you hollow by evening. You betray yourself without noticing.

You don't know what you actually want.

Career, relationship, where to live — you wait for the moment of clarity that never comes. Because you never learned to listen to yourself.

My approach

Inner stability isn't a feeling.It's a structure.

Most men's coaches work on behavior. More discipline. More routines. Better pickup lines. That works for two weeks. Then you fall back — and you believe you've failed.

My approach: we work on the psychological structure underneath. Why do you do what you do? Why do you avoid what you avoid? What are you protecting without noticing?

The result isn't a 'new you.' It's a clearer one. One that decides from itself — not from the fear of being rejected.

My book

Selbstdisziplin 2.0

Almost everyone knows what they should do to move forward. The bottleneck isn't knowledge — it's self-discipline. But not as willpower. As the ability to direct and grow your motivation. That's what the book is about. (Currently German only.)
