Why I do this.

How it started.

I was one of those boys. Overprotective mother, absent and choleric father, learned early to play the role that pleases others. At 14 I fell in love at a confirmation with a girl — she flirted with me, I ran away crying. That was the point I understood: something about me doesn't work.

Three years later I secretly attended an NLP seminar in Berlin, against my parents' wishes. It was the first time I acted against their expectation. It didn't 'heal' me. But it opened a door.

The long detour.

Acting school in Kiel — dropped out. Teacher training in Tübingen — dropped out. Business psychology in Heidelberg — the best years of my studies. Master in International Management — a burnout I didn't admit for a long time.

After that: my own attempts at self-employment (Einserfabrik, books, a YouTube channel that drifted for years). Street fundraising for Greenpeace. Solar sales at Enpal in Berlin. Six months of sales training that taught me more than ten books. Travel — Thailand, a startup community in Malaysia. Then back.

It wasn't a straight path. It was a path with many wrong decisions — and I tell this not out of shame, but because I believe: anyone who claims to have done everything right is either lying or didn't risk enough.

Why coaching.

At some point it became clear to me: I'd spent my whole life trying to repair something that couldn't be repaired. Only understood. And only what I'd understood, I could let go of.

Today I work with men who stand in exactly that place. Who do everything they're supposed to — and don't arrive. I don't give them new tricks. I give them a mirror they can't hold up to themselves. And a sparring partner who doesn't look away when it gets uncomfortable.

What you get from me — and what you don't.

You get:

  • Psychological depth, no motivational theater.
  • Honest confrontation when needed — always with respect.
  • Concrete tools that work between sessions.
  • Confidentiality. Without exception.

You don't get:

  • Loud bro vibe. No 'bro', no 'king'.
  • Generic packages for 'the modern man'.
  • Pickup scripts or 'alpha frames'.
  • Promises I can't keep.
