1:1 Coaching

Real change is depth-psychological, not superficial.

Psychologically grounded coaching specifically for men in their 20s and 30s who deliver on the outside but want to grow even stronger on the inside.

How the coaching works

  1. 01

    You write to me.

You answer the five questions below and send them to mail@danielhanke.com. I respond within 48 hours.

  2. 02

    I reply — honestly.

If I believe I can help you, I'll suggest dates and send you the payment details. If not, I'll tell you that too — and, where possible, point you to an alternative.

  3. 03

You book — and we work.

One hour 120 €, paid in advance by bank transfer. No minimum term, no packages. We meet every 1–2 weeks, 60 minutes, via Zoom. Between sessions: concrete exercises, brief check-ins by email if you get stuck. Confidential, no notes shared with third parties.

What you get out of it

You understand why you do what you do.

We work on the patterns that drive your behavior. Once you see them, you stop sabotaging yourself — not through discipline, but through clarity.

You decide from yourself.

Career, relationship, where to live — you stop waiting for the right moment. Because you've learned to trust yourself.

You become genuinely present in relationships.

With women, friends, family. You stop protecting yourself, and you actually show up. That changes who responds to you — and how.

You finally feel like a man.

Not loud, not hard, not performative. Grounded. Reliable. Clear. Yourself — even when no one's watching.

For whom — and for whom not

For you, if:

  • You're between 22 and 38 and live in the German-speaking region.
  • You function in life — and still feel like something is off.
  • You've read books, taken courses, tried discipline — and noticed: the problem is deeper.
  • You're ready to give honest answers, even when they're uncomfortable.
  • You understand that change takes time — no 30-day challenge.

Not for you, if:

  • You're in acute psychological crisis (depression, anxiety disorder, trauma, suicidal thoughts). Then you need therapy, not coaching. I'm happy to help you find someone.
  • You're looking for pickup tricks or 'alpha frames'.
  • You expect me to tell you what to do.
  • You're not ready to invest in yourself — financially and time-wise.

Send a message

Write me an email. Answer these five questions.

No scheduling software, no online form. An honest email filters better than any tool. Answer as briefly or as fully as it feels right — one line per question is enough, more is fine too.

  1. 01

What's going on in your life right now?

What works — and what doesn't?

  2. 02

What have you tried so far to change it?

    And why didn't it hold?

  3. 03

What would change concretely if we really moved something in the next 3 months?

  4. 04

    Why now?

What changed that you're writing today — and not in six months?

  5. 05

    Availability:

Which weekdays and times could you do regularly (every 1–2 weeks, 60 minutes) via Zoom?

I respond within 48 hours — even if the answer is 'no match'. If it fits, I'll send you suggested times and payment details.

Frequent questions

  • What does a session cost?

120 € per hour (60 minutes), paid in advance by bank transfer. No minimum term, no packages, no onboarding fee.

  • I have specific questions before booking — can I briefly talk to you?

Yes. Send me an email to mail@danielhanke.com with your question. If a short call makes sense — e.g. to check compatibility — we'll arrange a 5- to 10-minute phone slot by email. This does not replace coaching and is not the entry into the program, only for targeted clarifications.

  • How many sessions do I need?

It depends on what you want to change. Some men work with me for 6 months, others for two years. There's no minimum term. We decide together after session 4 whether it fits.

  • What if I need therapy instead of coaching?

Then I'll tell you that honestly in my reply to your inquiry. Coaching works on patterns in the here and now. Therapy works on trauma, diagnoses, clinical symptoms. Sometimes you need both.

  • Can I come irregularly?

Yes. We talk every 1–2 weeks — but pauses are fine. I don't work with pressure.

  • Why not shorter sessions or groups?

60 minutes 1:1 is the smallest meaningful unit. Group coaching is coming later (see Community).
