About Me
I combine what rarely comes together: strategic sharpness from management consulting with deep psychological work. The result is not coaching in the traditional sense – but strategic sparring aimed at measurable change.

Professional Background
Four years of strategy consulting at one of the leading international consulting firms. 40+ strategic consulting projects in leadership & change, working with leadership teams and organizational design. I've experienced what decision-makers truly need: not motivational speeches, but clarity, structure, and a sparring partner who thinks along.
Psychological Foundation
My academic foundation is a degree in Business Psychology (B.Sc.) and International Management (M.A.). This combination of psychology and strategic business management shapes my work to this day. I work evidence-based, combining psychological assessment with pragmatic implementation support.
My Philosophy
Good sparring is neither therapy nor a motivational show. It is a structured process that creates clarity, makes blind spots visible, and enables sound decisions. My work is grounded in experience under responsibility – with the commitment to guide precisely, honestly, and with a focus on implementation.
